I tried seasoning it twice and it still come out sticky and patchy. The whole process were way more annoying than they make it sound. i was frustrated by the end.

I had a small problem with my pan, so I reached out to De Buyer about the warranty. i wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it would be, but they got back to me quickly, asked for a couple of photos, and handled everything smoothly. The whole thing took a few days, and it was way less stressful than I expected. Really happy with how their support team dealt with it.

"Too Much Work to Clean"
I bought this from debuyer.com and, the cleaning has been a real pain. Food sticks a lot more than I expected, and after cooking I’m stuck scrubbing for ages just to get it looking somewhat decent again. I followed the basic care instructions too, so I’m not sure what else I was supposed to do. I get that some cookware needs a bit of upkeep, but common sense says it shouldn’t feel like a chore after every single meal. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it’s just been too much hassle. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I ordered from debuyer. Product showed up fine. Delivery was okay too. The main specs on the page matched what I received, so it wasn’t a big issue. But a few details felt kind of vague. Not totally wrong, just not clear enough. I ended up checking other sites to make sure before feeling confident. Overall, the product was fine. Just wish the description had been more exact. 3 stars.

"Glad I Gave This Pan a Chance"
My carbon steel pan heats up really fast and gets food nicely browned. It did take a little time to season properly, but i’m relieved I stuck with it because now it works great.

"Didn’t feel quite right"
I ordered this and when it arrived, the packaging and little details just didn’t look the same as the official one I’ve had before. It could totally be legit, but it made me second-guess it. I reached out to support and the response felt copy-pasted, which made me more frustrated instead of reassured. I’m not saying it’s fake, but the whole experience just didn’t sit right with me

"Good pan, tracking could be better"
I ordered a pan and got the confirmation quickly, which was nice. But then the tracking link just didn’t update for a couple of days, so I kept checking back and wasn’t really sure if it had even shipped yet. It did show up in good shape, just a little later than I was expecting. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the order tracking could definitely be clearer.

They’ve got a good selection, especially if you’re looking for pans or baking things. I actually found a few items I just couldn’t find in my local shops. The site was easy enough to browse too, though I do wish it was just a bit easier to compare some of the sizes.

"Refund came through, eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took a bit of chasing to make it happen (which was kind of frustrating). Once I followed up a few times, they sorted it out, so at least it was resolved.

"Shipping Cost Put Me Off"
I was all set to order a pan because it actually looked really nice, but once I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, I just closed the page. It felt way too high for something like that. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “shipping is calculated based on the carrier rates,” which I get, but it still made the total feel not worth it. Kind of a shame because the product itself seemed good, but I’m not paying that much extra for delivery.
